I can't say enough good things about Kokanja taxi services. They are super friendly and always willing to accommodate what you need. They are not just on time, they usually show up at least 5 minutes early. We happily recommend them to the guests at the camp where I work because they are reliable and professional. Great taxi service in a well maintained, clean car. The taxi was ready outside at least 5 minutes ahead of time and we made a fast and pleasant journey to the airport. Friendly and knowledgeable driver. Couldn't be better.

I had a great experience with this taxi service in Orebić. The driver was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. The car was spotless and comfortable, and the ride felt safe and relaxed. What I appreciated most was how reliable they were – it made getting around Orebić and to the ferry much easier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone visiting the area!

Hello. Toni and his son Mario are the best. Very informative about all things Croatia. Mario took us to Dubrovnik from the Peninsula, we learned a lot and he made a quick drive through Aston to show us the wall and the salt ponds.
Yes it was expensive but we got there in 1 1/2 hrs instead of all day if we would have taken a taxi from where we stayed to the ferry terminal to go across and then a bus to Dubrovnik. If it could have been done at all it would have been all day. Would recommend using their service.

Mario took me on a private winetour. He knows a lot about the wines of Peljesac. Besides the Winehouse I wanted to visit myself he recommended two more and arranged a reservation there for me. He is also very good company for a conversation on many subjects. I had a great time! So thank you Mario!

I used Taxi Kokanju for my transportation from Orebic to Dubrovnik airport. I had the pleasure of meeting Toni who made the trip smooth, comfortable, and overall a five star experience. I used this service to get to Dubrovnik Airport from Viganj, and Toni arrived early and was very professional. He was great company on the drive and gave me tidbits on the region as we were driving through. He was also a very safe driver and patient with the traffic we encountered. How do I book a taxi in Orebić?

You can book a taxi by calling us, texting us via WhatsApp or other chat apps, sending us an Email, or filling out the form on our website.

What are the taxi fares in Orebić?

Inside normal working hours, the rates are usually around € 1.5 – € 1.6 per kilometer + the taxi start price, but can be more expensive late at night or early in the morning. All customers who book return trips get a 10% discount.

Do you offer airport transfers from Orebić?

Yes, we offer transfers to both Dubrovnik and Split airports and any other transport hubs in the wider area like ferry terminals and bus stations.

Are taxis available during the night?

If you need a late-night taxi or if your departure flight is early in the morning contact us ahead of time and we will find a car for you.

How far is Orebić from Dubrovnik by taxi?

The distance between Orebić and Dubrovnik is around 112km and in the summer months, the journey lasts just under 2h. Dubrovnik airport is a bit further from Orebić, around 130km and the drive is around 2h20m.

Is there a taxi service to the Korčula ferry?

Yes, give us a call and we can take you to the ferry terminal in Orebić where you can take the passenger boat to Korčula Old Town, the car ferry to Dominče Port on Korčula, or one of the many water taxis to any destination you would like.

Do you offer group or large vehicle taxis?

Yes, we have both cars for groups of 1-3 persons and vans for 4-8 persons. If your group is larger than 8 people we can provide multiple vans.

Can I pay for my taxi with a credit card?

Yes, you can pay with any card, Google Pay, Apple Pay & more when using our taxi services.

Do you offer guided tours or sightseeing trips around Orebić?

Some of the more popular services we offer are the local wine tours on the Pelješac Peninsula, day trips to Ston, Dubrovnik, or Split Old Towns where our multilingual drivers act as guides while they drive you and are very knowledgeable about the history of the places your visiting.

Is it better to pre-book a taxi or just find one on the street?

Due to very high demand in the summer season, it’s always better to reserve a ride ahead of time even if you give us a call just 15 min in advance.

What should I do if I lose something in the taxi?

After we complete every ride our drivers check the vehicle for things that people might have dropped in the car. If you lose something in one of our cars, give us a call and we will bring the item in question to your location free of charge.
